Last updated: 15 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings and services provided by LuxGreet Services Ltd (“LuxGreet”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

Where you book for another passenger, you confirm that you have authority to make the booking and provide the relevant passenger information.

3. Our Services

LuxGreet offers travel-related services which may include:

  • Airport Meet & Greet;
  • VIP airport assistance;
  • Fast Track assistance;
  • baggage and porter assistance;
  • chauffeur and airport transfer services; and
  • related travel and concierge services.

The exact services included are those shown in your booking confirmation.

Services, procedures and access may differ by airport, terminal, country, airline and local authority.

4. Booking

A booking is subject to availability and is not guaranteed merely because a request has been submitted.

A booking becomes confirmed when LuxGreet issues confirmation of the booking.

You are responsible for checking the booking confirmation and notifying us promptly of any errors.

5. Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information, including where applicable:

  • passenger names;
  • passenger count;
  • luggage quantity;
  • flight number;
  • airline;
  • airport and terminal;
  • arrival/departure details;
  • service date and time;
  • pickup/drop-off details; and
  • a working passenger contact number.

LuxGreet is not responsible for a service failure, delay or additional cost caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer or passenger.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged where reasonable and disclosed to you.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated during booking or quotation.

Unless stated otherwise, payment is required to confirm the booking.

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes to passenger numbers, luggage, itinerary, route, vehicle requirements or requested services may affect the price.

Where an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before service to correct the booking. If you do not accept the corrected price, you may cancel the affected booking and receive a refund of amounts paid for that service.

7. Booking Changes

Requests to change ordinary booking details should normally be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Requests to change the service date must normally be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

We will try to accommodate later requests but cannot guarantee that they can be accepted.

8. Flight Delays

Where flight information has been provided correctly, LuxGreet will normally monitor relevant flight timing where the service permits.

A normal flight delay will not automatically change the agreed service price.

However, exceptional circumstances that materially change the requested service, create substantial additional waiting requirements or require a new service arrangement may be discussed with the customer before additional charges are applied where reasonably practicable.

9. Airport and Fast Track Services

Airport operations are controlled by airports, airlines, immigration authorities, security authorities and other third parties.

Fast Track does not mean that security, immigration, customs or passport-control procedures can be bypassed.

Fast Track lanes, buggy services, lounges, porter services or other airport facilities may be restricted, suspended or unavailable because of airport operations, security requirements, government decisions, congestion or other circumstances outside LuxGreet’s reasonable control.

Where part of a booked service becomes unavailable, we will take reasonable steps to provide the remaining service and, where appropriate, consider any refund or alternative remedy required by applicable law and the circumstances.

10. Meeting the Representative

Passengers must follow the meeting instructions provided for their booking and keep the supplied contact number available where reasonably possible.

If a passenger cannot locate the representative or chauffeur, they should contact LuxGreet promptly before leaving the agreed meeting location.

11. Chauffeur Services

Passengers must comply with applicable law and reasonable safety instructions.

Vehicles are subject to availability. Where necessary, an equivalent or higher-category vehicle may be substituted.

Journey times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions and other circumstances.

12. Luggage

Customers must accurately declare the amount and, where relevant, approximate size of luggage.

Vehicles and porter arrangements are based on the information supplied.

We cannot guarantee accommodation of undeclared or materially excessive luggage.

13. Customer Conduct

We may refuse or discontinue a service where a passenger behaves unlawfully, violently, abusively, threateningly or in a manner that creates a material safety risk.

Any refund in such circumstances will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

14. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Any cancellation fee or amount retained will be applied subject to applicable consumer law, including requirements concerning fairness and proportionality.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, which may include severe weather, airport closure, security incidents, government restrictions, strikes, major traffic disruption, flight disruption, emergency measures or failures of infrastructure outside our control.

Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and fulfil our obligations where possible.

Nothing in this clause removes any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, LuxGreet will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or that result from circumstances for which LuxGreet is not legally responsible.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

17. Third-Party Facilities

Certain parts of a service may depend on facilities, systems or decisions controlled by airports, airlines, hotels, immigration authorities, security authorities, payment providers or other independent organisations.

LuxGreet does not control those organisations and cannot guarantee the continuous availability of facilities controlled solely by them.

This does not affect any responsibility LuxGreet has to you under applicable law for the service LuxGreet has agreed to provide.

18. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact:

info@luxgreet.co.uk

Please provide your booking reference and relevant details so we can investigate.

Complaints should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the service.

19. Website and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent bookings or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect LuxGreet, customers or our systems from fraud, abuse or security threats.

20. Intellectual Property

The LuxGreet website, branding, graphics, written material and other content owned by LuxGreet may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws applicable where you live which these Terms do not remove.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applicable to a confirmed booking will generally be those in effect when the booking was made unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
