The best events of the year share one problem: everyone is travelling to the same place at once. Flights fill, hotels sell out, and the roads around the venue slow to a crawl. The calendar below lists the major dates for 2027, with the airports to use and a link to a guide for each.

How to plan around these dates
- Book transport when your flights are fixed. Peak-week availability disappears first, particularly for arrival and departure days.
- Plan the last mile, not just the airport. The journey from the airport is usually the easy part. The final approach to a venue is where the delays are.
- Agree pick-up points in advance. After a big event, everyone leaves at once. A named point and time beat a search for a car.
- Check entry requirements early. Visas and travel documents can take longer than the flights.
About these dates
We list dates published by organisers and governing bodies at the time of writing. Some events are listed as expected until the organiser confirms them, and a few only show typical timing. Always confirm with the organiser before you book flights, and see our full events guide for each event.
LuxGreet is an independent ground-transport and airport-assistance company. We are not affiliated with these events and do not sell tickets or hospitality. If you are planning a trip around one of them, request a quote and we will plan the airport and ground transport.
