Gatwick Airport Meet and Greet (LGW)

Gatwick is a two-terminal airport with a shuttle between them, so the single most useful thing a greeter does here is make sure you and the car are at the same terminal. We set that from your flight number rather than from what the booking form says.

North and South terminals

Both terminals are covered. If your flight is moved between them — which happens more often than most travellers expect — we move the meeting point with it and tell you before you land.

  • North Terminal — arrivals hall meeting point, short-stay pickup for chauffeurs
  • South Terminal — rail-connected; continuous shuttle to North

Arrival and departure assistance

On arrival, the greeter meets you inside with a name board, helps with bags and walks you to the vehicle. On departure we meet you at the drop-off and stay with you to check-in and security, which is the version families and older travellers book most.

Why people book it at Gatwick

Less about terminal size than about the run into London: an early Gatwick arrival with a two-hour drive ahead is a lot easier when someone is waiting, the bags are handled, and the car is already positioned.

Questions

Do you cover both Gatwick terminals?

Yes. Give us the flight number and we set the meeting point from the terminal that flight actually uses on the day.

Is meet and greet available for Gatwick departures?

Yes. We meet you at the drop-off, help with luggage, and stay with you through check-in to the security entrance.

How long will the greeter wait if I am delayed?

The flight is monitored and the waiting allowance runs from actual landing. Normal delays are covered and are not charged as waiting time.
