Account booking
Approved corporate accounts book through their own portal. Bookers can create journeys for colleagues, save traveller profiles, and attach a purchase order or cost centre reference to every booking.

Account rates
Rates are agreed with your account and applied automatically in the portal. They are private to your organisation and are never shown to other customers.

Consolidated invoices rather than per-journey receipts, plus booking history you can review by traveller, cost centre, city or period.

Questions
How do we open an account?
Apply through the corporate page. Applications are reviewed rather than approved automatically — we confirm the company, contact and expected usage before rates or credit terms are enabled.
Can we pay monthly?
Monthly invoicing and credit terms are available to approved accounts. Until an account is approved, bookings are paid by card at the time of booking.
Can bookers see each other's bookings?
Yes, within your own organisation. No other organisation can see your bookings or your rates.
