- Arrival pickups include flight monitoring and a waiting allowance measured from landing, not from the booked time.

Where will my greeter meet me at Heathrow?
Inside the terminal at the arrivals exit your flight uses, holding a name board. We confirm the exact point by message before you land.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and move the pickup with it. The waiting allowance runs from actual landing time, so a delay does not cost you the booking.
Can you help with a tight connection at Heathrow?
Yes. Send both flight numbers when you book and we will tell you honestly whether the connection is workable with assistance.
