Airport Meet & Greet
A greeter meets you at the airport, handles the walk through the terminal and stays with you until you are either through arrivals or at your departure gate. It is the difference between navigating a large unfamiliar airport alone and being walked through it by someone who works there every day.
Arrival assistance
Your greeter waits with a name board at the agreed point — the air bridge, the immigration hall or the arrivals exit, depending on what the airport permits. They guide you through immigration and baggage reclaim, arrange a porter or trolley for your luggage, and hand you over to your chauffeur or your onward transport.
Departure assistance
The greeter meets you kerbside or at check-in, helps with baggage drop, walks you through security and takes you to your lounge or gate. Useful when you are flying with children, carrying a lot of luggage, or arriving tight on time.
Connection assistance
For short or complex connections a greeter meets you off the inbound aircraft and takes you through transfer security, terminal changes and the walk to your onward gate. This is the service most worth booking at large hub airports.
Flight monitoring
Bookings are tied to your flight number. If your flight is early, late, or changes terminal, the operations team sees it and adjusts the greeter's timing rather than waiting for you to call.

Is fast track included?
No. Fast track, buggies and lounges are airport products that are only available at some airports and terminals, and they are quoted separately. We will tell you what is genuinely available at your airport before you book.
Where exactly will the greeter meet me?
It depends on the airport's rules. Some allow meeting at the air bridge, some at immigration, some only in the arrivals hall. Your confirmation states the exact meeting point and the greeter's contact number.
What if my flight is delayed?
The booking is monitored against your flight number and the greeter's timing is adjusted. You do not need to rebook for a normal delay.
Can the greeter also arrange my car?
Yes. Book meet and greet together with a chauffeur transfer and the two are coordinated as one job, with the handover managed for you.
