You book a category, not a specific car. Each category has a defined passenger and luggage capacity, and the booking system will not let you select a vehicle that cannot carry your party and bags.
Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent
The standard executive saloon. Comfortable for up to three passengers, quiet enough to work or take a call, and the right choice for most airport transfers.
Best for: Airport transfers and city meetings
Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent
A larger, quieter saloon with more rear legroom and better ride quality. Worth it on long transfers, for senior executives, and for guests you are collecting personally.
Best for: Executive travel and longer journeys
Mercedes-Benz V-Class or equivalent
The practical choice when there are more than three of you or the luggage will not fit a saloon. Rear seats face forward with room to talk or work.
Best for: Families, groups and heavy luggage
Range Rover, BMW X7 or equivalent, where available
Available in selected markets. Useful for country routes, winter conditions, or where a higher, more substantial vehicle is preferred.
Best for: Higher ride height and mixed roads
Vehicle categories are booked by class, not by model. You will always receive the category you booked or better; a specific model is only guaranteed when we confirm it in writing for your booking.
