Is the price fixed?
Yes, for the route and options you book. Extra stops, extended waiting time or a changed route are priced separately and always shown before they are charged.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport pickups include a waiting allowance measured from landing, so normal immigration and baggage delays are covered. Your confirmation states the allowance and the rate after it.
Will I get the exact car in the photograph?
You get the category you book — for example a Mercedes E-Class or equivalent. We do not guarantee a specific model unless we have confirmed it for your booking in writing.
Can I book a chauffeur for several days?
Yes. Multi-day and full-day programmes are quoted by a coordinator so the schedule, driver hours and vehicle are planned properly.
