Service
VIP Airport Services
Where an airport sells premium products — fast-track lanes, porters, buggies, private lounges or a dedicated VIP terminal — we book them alongside your greeter and manage the whole passage through the airport. Availability is decided by the airport, not by us, and we will tell you honestly what exists at yours.
What VIP means at each airport
There is no single global VIP standard. At some airports it means a fast-track immigration lane. At others it means a separate VIP terminal with its own security and a car to the aircraft. We check what your specific airport and terminal offers on your date before quoting.
Escort through the terminal
A dedicated escort stays with you from the aircraft or kerbside through every checkpoint, handling documents, queues and directions so you are not managing the airport yourself.
Private aviation
For private flights we coordinate with the handling agent or FBO so the car and greeter are on the correct side of the airfield and timed to the aircraft.
Groups and families
Additional escorts and porters for larger parties, so nobody is left managing bags or children while documents are processed.
Who this is for
- Travellers who want the shortest possible time in the terminal
- Private aviation passengers connecting to commercial flights
- Families and groups needing more hands
- Anyone travelling through an airport with long processing queues
Questions
Can you guarantee fast track everywhere?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Fast track only exists where the airport operates it and sells it to third parties. We confirm availability for your airport, terminal and date before you pay.
Does VIP service skip immigration?
No service skips immigration or border control. Fast track means a shorter queue where the airport provides one; the checks themselves are unchanged.
Can you arrange a private terminal?
At airports that operate one and make it available to book, yes. It is quoted separately because the airport sets the price.
