Hourly Chauffeur Hire

The car and chauffeur stay with you for the hours you book, with as many stops as you need. Better value than several point-to-point transfers when your day has more than two or three stops.

How hourly hire is priced

You book a number of hours at an hourly rate for your vehicle category. The clock starts at your first pickup and ends at your final drop-off. If you need longer on the day, additional hours are charged at the same rate wherever the chauffeur's hours allow it.

What you can do within the booking

Stops, waiting, route changes and short detours are all part of hourly hire. There is a coverage radius from the starting city — journeys beyond it are quoted as a transfer or long-distance job instead.

  • Unlimited stops within the coverage area
  • Waiting between meetings
  • Route decided on the day

Full-day and multi-day

Full-day hire covers a standard working day, planned in advance so driver hours are legal and the schedule is realistic. Multi-day programmes are coordinated with the same chauffeur wherever possible.

Who this is for

  • Executives with meetings across a city
  • Event and production teams
  • Visitors on shopping or viewing days
  • Anyone who wants the car to wait rather than rebook

Questions

What is the minimum booking?

Minimums vary by city and vehicle. The booking flow shows the minimum for your selection before you pay.

Can I extend on the day?

Usually yes, subject to the chauffeur's remaining legal driving hours and the next booking on that vehicle. Ask early in the day where you can.

Can I leave the city during hourly hire?

Short trips outside the area can be added, but a long intercity leg is better priced as a separate transfer. A coordinator will tell you which is cheaper.
