Journeys into central London are quoted inclusive of the Congestion Charge and ULEZ where they apply, plus airport access and parking for the pickup. You should not receive a second invoice for driving into the city.
Choosing the vehicle
Vehicles are booked by class — Business Class, First Class, Luxury MPV or SUV — with defined passenger and luggage limits. The booking flow will not offer you a saloon that cannot carry your cases. You get the category you booked or better.
