LHR · Meet & Greet
Heathrow Airport Meet and Greet (LHR)
Heathrow is where meet and greet earns its money. Five terminals, long walks from stand to immigration, and arrivals halls that fill in waves as widebodies land together. Your greeter is inside the terminal at the exit your flight actually uses, holding a name board, with the pickup timed from real landing time rather than the schedule.
Which terminal, and where we meet
We set the meeting point from your flight number, not from a guess. Terminal 5 arrivals from the B and C satellites reach the hall later than a stand-side arrival, and Terminal 3 has more than one arrivals exit — we confirm the exact point by message before you land.
- Terminal 2 — Star Alliance; main arrivals hall meeting point
- Terminal 3 — mixed long-haul; exit confirmed on the day
- Terminal 4 — SkyTeam and long-haul; furthest from the central terminal area
- Terminal 5 — British Airways; internal transit from the satellites
Arrivals, departures and connections
On arrival the greeter meets you inside, helps with luggage and walks you to the car. On departure we meet you kerbside or at check-in and stay with you to security. For connections, send both flight numbers — we will tell you plainly whether the connection is workable with assistance rather than sell you a service that cannot deliver it.
Delays are the normal case
Long-haul into Heathrow rarely lands to the minute. The flight is monitored and the waiting allowance runs from actual landing, so an hour on the taxiway does not cost you the booking or trigger a waiting charge.
What it costs
Meet and greet is priced per booking and shown before you pay, together with the transfer if you book one. Airport-sold extras such as fast track or a porter are quoted separately because Heathrow, not LuxGreet, decides whether they are available on your date.
Questions
How much does meet and greet at Heathrow cost?
It is quoted per booking and shown in full before payment. The price depends on the terminal, the time, the number of passengers, and whether you are adding a transfer or airport-sold extras such as fast track.
Will the greeter come through to the gate at Heathrow?
Airside meeting is possible only with airport approval and is not available for every flight or terminal. Where it is not approved, the greeter meets you inside the arrivals hall at the exit your flight uses.
Can you help with a tight Heathrow connection?
Send both flight numbers when you book. We will tell you honestly whether the connection is realistic with assistance, including terminal transfer time, rather than take the booking and hope.
What if my flight lands early?
The greeter is briefed from the tracked landing time, so an early arrival is handled the same way as a delayed one.
